Timings are working days and start from the moment your order is confirmed on the phone, not from when it was placed. Orders placed after 6pm are usually confirmed the following morning.
The confirmation call
Every order gets a call before it ships. We check the size, the address and that you actually placed it. Please keep the number you ordered with reachable — if we cannot reach you across two attempts on separate days, the order is held rather than sent.
Paying
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Available nationwide, no advance required.
- bKash — pay in full, or an advance against a cash-on-delivery balance.
- For orders above ৳15,000 we may ask for a partial advance. We will say so on the confirmation call, never afterwards.
Checking the parcel
You are welcome to open the parcel and check the piece in front of the courier before paying. If the item is wrong or damaged, refuse it at the door and call us — that is far simpler for everyone than an exchange after the fact.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Not at the moment. Everything ships within Bangladesh only.
Can I collect in person?
We do not have a shopfront. Everything goes out by courier.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if you tell us before the parcel is handed to the courier — usually the confirmation call is your window. A zone change may adjust the delivery charge.
What if nobody is home?
The courier will call and normally reattempt the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will get in touch.
